Today Gary and I are off to Shawnee Peak Ski Area in Bridgton to help out with a fundraiser for Camp Sunshine. They are having a Moonlight Charity Challenge benefitting Camp Sunshine and the Adaptive Ski Program at Shawnee Peak. We love Camp Sunshine and enjoy being able to volunteer. Although writing a check is not even easy these days, we so enjoy being able to work with Camp Sunshine as we both enjoy the mission of the camp. Check it out at http://www.campsunshine.org/.
Now how warm does one dress for 8 hours at Shawnee peak?? hmmm, the clothes are starting to pile up. I'm thinking a nip of peppermint might not be a bad idea either for later on:). Should be lots of fun and hopefully it brings lots of donations to both groups.
